Seniors Dance Aerobics DVD
After my Frank Senetra classes at events and Jazz dance and Pink Aerobic classes I was asked to film a Seniors DVD and I loved it.
This DVD features fun dance aerobic routines that move form right to left keeping it symmetrical with moves that increase in intensity and complexity for the relevant demographic group.
The routines are flowing and incorporate fitness with dance and stretching alongside testing your motor skills.
Extremely popular for community classes.
