Step downloads in segments – for the more experienced instructor
The ‘eights’ downloads are more designed for someone who is teaching regular fast moving freestyle step classes, where your class are very aware of rhythms changes, directional changes and insertions with moves.
These are eight count moves that can be used right and left and inserted immediately into your own routines or you can make a new routine with them. They come from easy breakdowns and basic steps that flow into each other creating an efficient work out alongside good motor skills testing with the achievement element in sight. The moves are intermediate to advance but the repetition of each move is purely down to you and how well you know your class. I hope you enjoy them.
